The library is the temple of any Higher Education Institution . It acts as an information repository where knowledge is inculcated among different individual, It acts as a rich cultural heritage of imparting education with the latest information to all types of users for meeting the quest for knowledge and self reliance. The Librarian acts as the Custodian in helping the users in the right way , at the right time, with the right document. In the words of Ranganathan, the library aims at fulfilling the five fundamental laws :

➢ Ensure library holds in fulfilling the ACTS Principle (Authenticity the Content of information and Transferring to the Special Reader as and when required)
LIBRARY AS A LEARNING RESOURCE:
Library is the store house of information where knowledge is flourished and expanded among different individuals of user community. It acts as a formal self-education system that serves as a back bone of any Institution. It is a means of information repository by providing access to all types of users in various discipline and provide best services to largest number of users at the least cost . keeping in mind to all types of users the library aims in providing access of more 17000 books, 23 journals, as well as access to Nlist where more than six thousand two hundred and ninety two journal titles are available in full text format and aims in serving e books in various disciples that are accessible via remote access. The college library accommodate reading room facility in order to inculcate reading habits among the student , teacher , and staff. The library provide online reference query to all members of the users . In order to save the time of the user and to provide the best library services the institution has an access to online public access catalogue ( OPAC) accessible 24*7 hours in order to provide right document to the right user at the right time . The departmental library is a vehicle of information where the students can consult their document which help in saving their subjective and objective time
